The oil-free gas circulation pump has been developed based on Lihan's more than ten years of experience in linear oscillating motor development. Low vibration output and long life are achieved by using plate spring supported opposing pistons and gap sealing technology; The coils are completely isolated from the working gas, making the pump CLASS0 oil-free.
